1) Old Business
-Yankee Candle order was a great success
-each child that placed an order was put into a raffle to win a tablet
- raffle winner was chosen and will be announced
-Spirit Wear sales are still struggling - any ideas on how to move
merchandise would be greatly appreciated

2) New Business
- Spring Fundraiser -
- looking for new ideas to raise money
-some suggestions - plant sale around Easter/Mother's Day, 5K walk/run
- Winter Carnival - tentative date January 23, 2015 2:30pm-5:00pm
new ideas for Carnival - candy walk instead of cake walk, crafts table,
slush tubs, giant bowling, photo booth, as well as the usual dodge ball,
musical games, etc.

3) Administrator's Update
- report cards will go out Friday the 12th
-a member of the School Committee discussed process involved in hiring a new School Superintendent
-when the number of candidates is narrowed down to 3-5 the names will become
public
-in January the committee to hire the new superintendent will be looking for parent
volunteers who, together with members from School Committee, teachers, town
managers, etc. would finish process of interview candidates.
