1)  TREASURER'S REPORT:
       Income:  $7,653.53
   Expenses:   $5,358.00
Ending Balance: $25,496.89

2)  OLD BUSINESS:
Spring Fever - 110 kids everyone had an awesome time!
Yankee Candle Fundraiser - small items to be sent home with the kids
notification will be sent out for larger items to be picked up April 16th during
parent/teacher night.
April 15, 2014 6th grad visit to book fair
Parent/Teacher Conference - April 16, 2014
***Also April 16th - Science Fair and BOOK FAIR
Spirit wear T-shirts will be for sale at book fair $15.00

3) NEW BUSINESS:
-tables for courtyard - unanimous YES vote to purchase 4 more tables for more kids
to be able to eat lunch outside. Total cost will be around $1,200.00
-carpet squares for music department - Mrs. Thornton is looking for 30
carpet square donations for the kids to sit on
- storage bins for P.E. department - bins, mesh bags/sacks, large rubber trash cans
needed to store bats, hockey sticks, raquets, different size balls, etc.
ANY DONATIONS WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED:)
4) VOLUNTEERS needed fkr book fair
